EL2 Agile Coach
- Pay Rate: $900/day - $1300/day + Super
- Contract Term: 12 months with possible extension
- Location: Geelong
- Working Arrangement: Hybrid (mix of in-office and remote)

Randstad is currently partnering with a Federal Government agency to recruit a highly capable EL2 Agile Coach.
About the Role We are seeking an experienced and dedicated EL2 Agile Coach to join our Integrity Transformation and Technology Services Group. This is a team leadership position with a high level of independence and delegated authority. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the delivery of the Crack Down on Fraud (CDoF) Program.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the Agile method adopted by the Program and acting as a central point of contact.
- Facilitating agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Providing guidance on agile metrics and reporting.
- Collaborating with other coaches and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
- Helping teams with identifying and removing impediments.
Essential Criteria We are looking for a candidate who can demonstrate:
- Proven Agile Transformation Experience: Experience driving Agile transformations across multiple projects, coaching teams to embed Agile ways of working.
- Deep Agile Knowledge: Deep knowledge of Agile frameworks (e.g., SCRUM, Kanban, SAFe) with the ability to tailor approaches to different contexts and maturity levels.
- Team Building: The ability to build high-performing Agile teams fostering collaboration, trust, and continuous improvement.
- Coaching & Mentoring Skills: Strong facilitation and coaching skills, with experience mentoring roles such as Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Business Analysts.
- Stakeholder Engagement: The ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels, including senior leaders.
- Practical Agile Experience: Practical experience with Agile metrics and tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps) to drive transparency and improve flow.
